Technical Requirements

The requirements to obtain tax deductions for windows and doors

To benefit from state bonuses, simply purchasing a new window is not enough. The intervention must meet precise technical and bureaucratic requirements:

  1. Existing Building: The property must already be registered in the land registry and have a functioning heating system.
  2. Thermal Improvement: The new windows and doors must guarantee an insulation value (thermal transmittance $U$) lower than or equal to the limits established for the specific climatic zone where the house is located.
  3. Payment Traceability: All payments must be made via "bonifico parlante" (bank or postal transfer) for tax deduction purposes.
  4. ENEA Procedure: It is mandatory to send the telematic communication to ENEA within 90 days from the end of the works.

Tax deductions on invoices are reserved for custom projects: solutions designed with every detail in mind, from dimensions to thermal performance.
