FREE DELIVERY ONLY FOR LARGE QUANTITIES (does not include islands).

Delivery normally takes place within 2/3 working days via courier. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Deliveries may take one or two additional days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands.

Returns

FintexGroup Srl offers you the possibility to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning never assembled or used, with all its labels intact and in its original packaging. To start the return process, you must send an email to online@fintexgroup.it, indicating your order number and the product you wish to return. It is important to note that shipping costs for the return will be at your expense. We will provide you with all necessary instructions on how and where to send the package once the return process has been initiated. Items sent for return without a prior request will not be accepted.
