FintexGroup Return and Refund Policy

Returns

FintexGroup Srl  offers you the possibility to return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt. This means you have 14 days, starting from the day you receive your item, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. never installed or used, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. To start the return process, you must send an e-mail to info@fintexgroup.it, indicating the order number and the product you wish to return. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions on how and where to send the package once the return process has started. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Once the returned product has been received and its compliance verified, we will contact you to inform you of the outcome of the return. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method. Please note that a few days may be required for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.

Damages and Defects

The quality of each product is carefully checked before shipping. We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt and, in the event of defective items, damage to the package or errors in the item received, to contact us immediately at the e-mail address info@fintexgroup.it. You will be assisted promptly in resolving the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are excluded from the possibility of return. These include:

• Products damaged during installation
• Products with damage caused by the customer.
